Liebe stadtpolitisch Aktive und Recht auf Stadt Aktivist*innen,
Für das Recht auf Stadt Forum 2019 haben wir uns beim ersten bundesweiten Vorbereitungstreffen
drei Themenschwerpunkte überlegt: Wohnen, Bodenfrage/Stadtentwicklung und Solidarische Stadt.
Über diese wollen wir uns anhand von verschiedenen Praxen austauschen und diskutieren: Praxen,
bei denen der Hauptfokus auf realpolitischen Interventionen liegt, Praxen, bei denen Community
Organizing im Vordergrund steht, und Praxen, bei denen Bewohner*innen unter dem Stichwort
„Stadt selber machen“ die Gestaltung des städtischen Raums in die eigenen Hände nehmen. Quer
dazu möchten wir, dass feministische Fragestellungen und Perspektiven sowie die internationale
Dimension ihren Platz finden.
Unser Plan ist es, dass nicht jede einzelne Initiative einen Workshop zu den Themen anbietet, an
denen sie arbeitet, sondern wir wollen verschiedene Initiativen miteinander und mit den
Teilnehmenden an den Workshops ins Gespräch bringen.
Und jetzt seid ihr dran: Das Forum lebt davon, dass Initiativen sich einbringen. Was könnt ihr auf
dem Forum mit organisieren? Welche Ideen für Workshops habt ihr? Welche Erfahrungen habt ihr
gemacht, die ihr mit anderen teilen wollt? Worüber wollt ihr euch mit anderen Initiativen
austauschen?
Für die weitere Planung bitten wir euch, eure Ideen/Beiträge für Workshops (u.a.) bis zum 15.
Februar an rasforum2019hh@buko.info zu schicken, damit wir beim nächsten bundesweiten
Vorbereitungstreffen (23. Februar in Hamburg) dann schon mal einen Überblick haben, was es alles
so an Ideen gibt.

Call for Workshops
Dear urban policy and right to the city activists,
the 5th nationwide Recht auf Stadt Forum will take place between the 17th and 19th of May. Since 2014 once a year people actively involved in urban policies come together to exchange ideas, experiences and to network. 10 years Recht auf Stadt Hamburg was a welcome occasion to invite the forum to Hamburg.
During the first nationwide preparatory meeting we considered three main topics: housing, land issues/urban development, and solidarity city. We want to discuss these topics based on different practices: practices,mainly focused on real political interventions, practices where Community Organizing is in the foreground and practices where residents take control over the design of the urban space under the heading “DIY urbanism”.
Parallel we want feminist issues and perspectives to find its space as well as the international dimension.
The idea is, that not every single initiative offers a workshop on its topics, but rather we want different initiatives to engage conversations with each other and with the participants of the workshops.
And now it's your turn: the forum thrives on initiatives getting involved. What can you support organizing during the forum? What ideas for workshops do you have? What experiences did you made that you want to share with others? What do you want to exchange with other initiatives?

till the 15th of February, so we have an overview on the given ideas during the next nationwide preparation meeting (23th of February in Hamburg).
