Crisis and war. Blockupy mobilisation 2013/2014 for Frankfurt

Information and mobilisation workshop on Blockupy Frankfurt 31. May and 1. June 2013 organised by the Innterventionist Left (IL) Munich and NoTroika Rhein_Main. Against the crisis and poverty inducing policies of the Troika and the dramatic effects they have on millions of people, Blockupy2013 will take stand for inter- and transnational solidarity. The step from public protest against the crisis policies to the resistance with the means of civil disobedience is now necessary.Political and social meeting point for Blockupy is the action camp that will open its gates on the 29. of May in Frankfurt.The centre of the protest are the blockades of the European Central Bank and action on Friday 31. of May 2013 and the international demonstration with the anti-capitalist block on Saturday 1. June 2013.Based on the previous year The aim of the direct action is to visibly disrupt the normal business routine of the ECB on the 31. of May and the other actors of the authoritarian crisis management and global exploitation.Many groups and activists view the actions this year as an important step for the big protests in 2014, when the political and economic elites of Europe would like to inaugurate the new ECB building in Frankfurt.

Info- und Mobilisierungsveranstaltung zu Blockupy Frankfurt am 31. Mai und 1. Juni 2013 von der Interventionistischen Linken (IL) München und NoTroika Rhein-Main; Gegen die Krisen- und Verarmungspolitik der Troika mit ihren dramatischen Folgen für Millionen von Menschen setzt Blockupy 2013 erneut ein Zeichen inter- und transnationaler Solidarität. Der Schritt vom öffentlichen Protest gegen die Krisenpolitik zum Widerstand mit Mitteln des Zivilen Ungehorsams ist jetzt nötig! Politischer und sozialer Treffpunkt für Blockupy ist das Aktionscamp, das ab Mittwoch, den 29. Mai seine Pforten in Frankfurt öffnen wird. Im Mittelpunkt der Proteste stehen die Massenblockaden der EZB und Aktionen am Freitag, dem 31. Mai 2013, und die internationale Demonstration mit einem antikapitalistischen Block am Samstag, 1. Juni 2013. Anknüpfend an Blockupy 2012 ist das Aktionsziel am 31. Mai, den üblichen Geschäftsablauf der EZB sowie anderer Akteure des autoritären Krisenregimes und der globalen Ausbeutung in Frankfurt öffentlich sichtbar zu stören. Viele Gruppen und Aktive sehen die diesjährigen Aktionen außerdem als einen wichtigen Schritt zu großen Protesten 2014, wenn die politischen und ökonomischen Eliten Europas das neue EZB-Gebäude in Frankfurt einweihen möchten.
