BiEm introduction

Since May 2009 the BUKO working group Education and emancipation (BiEM) is a open pool of theorists and practitioners working on questions regarding inter-/transnational perspectives on education and learning. It is about issues of autonomy, post colonialism, daily life, necessity for resistance, transnationalism, learning , politics, education, all thought along the lines of a pedagogy and educational science critical of those in power. The connection between theory and practise is central, which is why any work is supposed to lead to self reflection. Interested? Come and join us at the BiEM meeting at the congress.

Der BUKO-Arbeitsschwerpunkt Bildung & Emanzipation (AS BiEm) ist ein seit Mai 2009 bestehender - für alle Interessierten offener - Zusammenschluss von Theoretikerinnen und Praktikerinnen, die einen ihrer Schwerpunkte in den Fragen inter-/transnationalistischer Perspektiven auf Bildung und Lernen sehen. Im weitesten Sinne geht es darum, Themenbereiche wie Autonomie - Postkolonialität - Alltag - Notwendigkeit des Widerstands - Transnationalismus - Lernen - Subjekt - Politik - Bildung - Emanzipation durch Selbstbefreiung ... in Richtung einer herrschaftskritischen Pädagogik und Erziehungswissenschaft zu denken und zu entwickeln. Hierbei steht die Vermittlung von Theorie und Praxis im Mittelpunkt des Interesses, weshalb inhaltliche Auseinandersetzungen auch zur Selbstreflexion anregen sollen. Intteresse?
